School of Pharmacy
Paragraphs

The core program of the School of Pharmacy is a doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) that prepares students for clinical careers in the pharmacy field. There is a three-year accelerated pathway and a five-year pathway.

For those interested in the research, academic and industry applications of pharmacy, the School of Pharmacy also offers a master of science in pharmaceutical sciences — which can be completed independently or in tandem with a PharmD degree.

The School of Pharmacy also offers post-Â鶹ӰÊÓ residencies for pharmacists to advance their experience and training in clinical practice and research.

Pharmacy Research

The Â鶹ӰÊÓ School of Pharmacy recognizes discovery as a fundamental tool in the education and training of future pharmacists. Our faculty and students conduct pharmaceutical research in pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, medicinal chemistry, drug discovery, drug target validation, toxicology, natural products, neuroscience, infectious diseases, and research in cancer and cardiovascular disease.
