The McCall Center for Civic Engagement encourages all Boxers to take part in improving our community. No matter your interests, skills, passions, or access to resources like time or transportation, we can help you find a way to get involved.

We host events on the Forest Grove campus, share opportunities in the broader community, and partner with a wide variety of different campus units and student groups to help you put on amazing civic engagement events of your own!

The School of Social Sciences is excited to welcome Omar El Akkad to the Â鶹ӰÊÓ Forest Grove campus for our 2025 Whiteley Distinguished Lecture. Omar is an award-winning author and journalist. His first book of nonfiction, One Day, Everyone Will Have Always Been Against This, will be published on February 25, 2025.
