Corey Hedger '18, MAT '19 wanted a small community and a small school where he would get the most out of his education while also being challenged every day.

Joshua Pearl' 19 learned about the therapeutics of music in the hardest possible way: He was afflicted with an autoimmune disease that caused him severe pain. He turned to the piano as a form of treatment, and it helped lessen the need for painkillers he had been prescribed. Recognizing that music could do for others what it did for him, Pearl became a music therapist.

Rylee Trendell '19 found Pacific to be a good fit because of his personal connections with professors, as well as the opportunity to play collegiate basketball.

Chascity-Mae Sarmiento ’19 designed a social work project using animals to help kids.

Autumn Davis MBA ’19, Breanne Davis ’16, OT ’19, and Carmel Nichol ’16, MSW ’17 completed a family triple play when Breanne was awarded her doctorate in occupational therapy. She was the third triplet in the family to earn a Â鶹ӰÊÓ degree from Pacific.

Participating in underÂ鶹ӰÊÓ research at Pacific gave Opfer the chance to dive deeper into real-life applications of his studies.

Aurea and Leslie Lomeli each earned a bachelor of education in teaching and English language learning after studying side by side at Pacific.
