Apostille & Notarization
Notarization is a process by which the Registrar's Office authenticates a document and a Notary Public certifies the Registrar's Office's authentication. Foreign Jurisdictions may require an Apostille or Authentication along with the notarized transcript or diploma, which is an additional certification process offered by states.
Degree Conferral

Degree Verification
Â鶹ӰÊÓ has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide electronic verification of Â鶹ӰÊÓ degrees.
Diplomas
Original Â鶹ӰÊÓ diplomas are mailed, within 6-8 weeks of degree conferral, to the address specified. Duplicate diplomas may be ordered for an additional cost. Requests may take up to 8 weeks to process.
Enrollment Verification
Enrollment verification often is required for health insurance coverage, automobile insurance discounts, and loan deferments.

Program Elimination
When the decision is made to eliminate an academic program, the program’s director and the Registrar work together to develop a plan to help ensure matriculated student will be able to complete it with minimum disruption.
Student Name and Legal Sex Designation Changes
