Transfer Students
*You are considered a transfer student if you have previously attended a college or university and have been out of high school for at least one year.
New transfer students will have the option to meet with an advisor 1-on-1 this summer beginning in June or attend one of the group advising and registration events. Virtual and in-person sessions are available.
After you complete the New Transfer Student Steps, you will be invited to sign up for an advising and registration event or an advisor will email you to schedule your Advising & Registration meeting. Refer to New Transfer Students and Preparing for Your Advising Day for your next steps.
First Year Students (coming right from high school*)
*You are considered a first year student if you Â鶹ӰÊÓd high school in spring even if you have earned college credit or have an associate's degree.
New First Year students will be invited to sign up for an advising and registration event after they complete the New Student Steps. Virtual and in-person sessions are available. Refer to New First Year Students and Preparing for Your Advising Day for your next steps.
New Student Advising and Registration Days

Then students will meet one-on-one with an advisor to register for classes based on your unique academic and/or career interests.
The rest of Advising & Registration Day will include opportunities to meet with other offices on campus, learn about resources and opportunities to look forward to at Pacific, ask questions, and get to meet other new Pacific students!
