Â鶹ӰÊÓ's Music Education Project is an after-school music education program that offers high-quality, yet affordable, instruction to students ages 5 to 18 while at the same time provides an opportunity for underÂ鶹ӰÊÓ students who are planning to become music teachers to gain teaching skills under close supervision under university faculty.
This program offers private lessons and learning opportunities in small and large ensembles on all string instruments (violin, viola, cello, double bass, guitar), wind instruments, brass instruments, percussion, and instruction in voice and choir.
The Music Education Project also offers supplemental instruction in chamber ensembles. We also offer classes for adults on string instruments. Teachers in the program are trained music education underÂ鶹ӰÊÓ students who work under the close supervision of highly-qualified and experienced music faculty.
