Audiology Admissions Requirements
- A completed bachelor’s degree: We accept all underÂé¶¹Ó°ÊÓ majors. Many audiology students have studied communication sciences and disorders or physical sciences, like biology or chemistry. But alternative experiences, like business, psychology, education, and social or behavioral sciences, are welcome.
- GPA: Minimum 3.00 GPA in the last 45 semester credits
- Prerequisite Courses: Grade of C or better in all prerequisite courses. Prerequisites may be in progress when you apply but must be completed before audiology classes begin in August.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrated English proficiency if your first language is not English.
- CSDCAS Application: Complete an online application through the by Feb. 1. Your application includes a personal essay and three letters of recommendation.
- NO GRE Required! Test scores uploaded to the CSDCAS system will not be considered as part of the admissions criteria.

How to Apply
- Explore the School of Audiology: Contact our dedicated admissions counselor to learn more about the School of Audiology, plan a tour, or visit an open house (offered in the fall). You also can talk to our Student Ambassadors to learn what it’s like to be a Pacific student or watch our .
- Apply through the CSDCAS: Submit your application online through the . Your application will include:
- Transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended.
- Three letters of recommendation. Letters should come from a professor who can speak to your academic preparedness for Âé¶¹Ó°ÊÓ work and/or interpersonal skills; an audiologist; or a direct supervisor who can speak to your interpersonal skills and future ability to work with patients. Letters are not accepted from family or friends.
- Personal essay. Your essay should describe your inspiration, aptitude and motivation for becoming an audiologist.
- English proficiency scores, if applicable. The deadline to take the TOEFL exam is Jan. 1 of the year you are applying to start the program.
- Attend an interview: Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in an interview in February. The interview provides you and Âé¶¹Ó°ÊÓ the opportunity to determine fit, motivation and ability to be successful in the AuD program.
