Prince George enjoyed some time in the cockpits of a number of aircraft while attending his first official engagement in the U.K.
Accompanied by his parents, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, the young prince got up close with a Red Arrow Hawk and a Royal Air Force squirrel helicopter at the Royal International Air Tattoo on Friday.

The Royal International Air Tattoo, the world's largest military airshow currently taking place in Gloucestershire, U.K., marked Prince George's first official engagement on home soil.
Kensington Palace remarked that the airshow is a "fantastic family-orientated event."
