NEW YORK - Scratch Jimmy Fallon off the eligible list.
The 33-year-old actor-comedian proposed to his girlfriend, movie producer Nancy Juvonen, last weekend, his representative said Wednesday.
The former "Saturday Night Live" cast member popped the question at Juvonen's family home in New Hampshire, presenting her with a diamond ring designed by Neil Lane, said Keleigh Thomas.
It will be the first marriage for both.
The couple met on the set of Fallon's 2005 comedy "Fever Pitch," costarring Drew Barrymore. Juvonen and Barrymore co-own the production company Flower Films.
Fallon, who left "SNL" in 2004, has appeared also in such films as "Almost Famous" and "Factory Girl." He is in the running to succeed Conan O'Brien as host of NBC's "Late Night" in 2009, when O'Brien takes over as host of "The Tonight Show."
