Quebec police are investigating the "suspicious" deaths of two children who were found dead in a home north of Montreal Saturday.
The children, a boy and a girl, were aged three and five, police say.
A third person, reportedly their father, was rushed to hospital with undisclosed injuries, but police have yet to identify him.
The children's bodies were found in a home in Piedmont, Que., which is a small community in the Laurentian Mountains, about 60 kilometres northwest of Montreal.
A major crime unit has been on the scene since the morning.
This isn't the first tragedy involving children in the province this year.
Last month, Quebec police charged a woman with murder after she and her husband allegedly forged a suicide pact, which led to the deaths of the husband and their three children.
