LOS ANGELES - A custody settlement between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline has been finalized, including a $5,000-per-month child-support increase for the pop singer's ex-husband.
Attorneys delivered the terms of the agreement to a Los Angeles Superior Court office Friday afternoon.
According to the documents, Spears' payments to Federline go from $15,000 to $20,000 per month, retroactive to July 15.
Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, also gets a single payment of $250,000 as a part of the agreement.
Last week, the parties said they had reached an agreement that would grant the 26-year-old pop singer more time with her children, including additional overnight visits.
