Budget Pick: Momyeasy Baby Food Maker
No-Steam Pick: NutriBullet NBY-50100 Baby Complete Food-Making System
Also Great: Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker Deluxe
We are big fans of the Beaba Babycook Solo 4-in-1 Baby Food Maker. It has an appealing design that makes it a worthy option for countertop living, and since you can add ingredients and run the machine with only one hand, you won’t have to put your baby down every time it needs a meal. With only one dial to worry about, this thing is super easy to figure out, too. And it comes with great instructions!
Another one of the things you’ll appreciate most about this baby food maker is how easy it is to clean. All of the parts that touch food can be removed and put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. How great is that? This is also a great option for people who will be using it many times a week — it’s incredibly reliable and built to last.
One of the only reasons you might choose to keep looking is the price. This isn’t one of the most budget-friendly options out there, so if you won’t be using it a ton, it might not be worth it for you. It’s also missing some of the extra functionality offered by other options, such as a sterilizing function, so if that’s important to you, you can definitely find a better model.
Overall, the Beaba Babycook Solo 4-in-1 Baby Food Maker is one of our favourite baby food makers right now. It’s not the most affordable or versatile option, but it sure offers a lot of value. Whether you’re feeding a baby or a toddler, this blender will help you make fresh meals in no time at all.

Reviewers are very pleased with the quality of the Beaba Babycook Solo 4-in-1 Baby Food Maker. It’s very simple to use and easy to clean, so it’s a huge time saver. They also really appreciate that it can reheat food they’ve already made. It holds up quite well to frequent use, and the dishwasher-safe parts make clean-up a breeze. They have no complaints!

The Babymoov Duo Meal Station 6-in-1 Baby Food Maker has a lot to offer. And we mean a lot. It offers six different functions: it can blend, warm, steam, and defrost your baby food, but it also has bottle warming and sterilizing functions. Talk about an all-in-one! It also has a super high capacity (9.25 cups) with two steaming trays, so you can prep in bulk for the week.
Another thing we really like is that this machine can adapt its blending as your child grows. For babies just starting to wean it can provide a very smooth blend, but it can also produce a chunkier blend for toddlers. You’ll also be really happy with the build quality on this one — it is built to last for years without problems and even comes with a lifetime warranty to make sure you never pay for a replacement again.
There are a couple of potential downsides we want you to be aware of before you fall completely in love with this one. First, since your foods won’t be steamed in the blender like with many other baby food makers, you will have to transfer it over yourself before blending. Little bit of extra work for you there. Also, the display/control panel has a lot going on, so it won’t suit everyone’s tastes.
Overall, the Babymoov Duo Meal Station 6-in-1 Baby Food Maker is an amazing choice for parents who want to cook in bulk or cut down on the number of separate machines they need to have in the kitchen. It isn’t as automated as other options, but in our eyes, that’s a small concession for all of the functionality you get.

Reviewers have great things to say about the Babymoov Duo Meal Station 6-in-1 Baby Food Maker. They all get plenty of use out of it for their baby’s food and even some of their own cooking. One person even chooses this as a baby shower gift every time! They’re very happy with the cooking capacity, automatic timer, and bottle warming/sterilizing.

We like a lot of things about the Momyeasy Baby Food Maker. We think you will too, especially if you’re shopping on a tight budget. This is one of the most affordable options out there! Surprisingly, this is a pretty versatile machine. It offers two tiers of steaming for multiple ingredients to cook at the same time, multiple blend options, and even has bottle warming and sterilizing functions.
The control panel is also top-notch. Instead of stubborn buttons, this one has a super responsive touch screen that is intuitive and reliable. You’ll always know exactly what the machine is doing and how to make adjustments when needed. Throw in a super compact design and this baby food maker will be perfect for almost everybody!
Of course, no machine can be perfect, and budget-friendly ones are more prone to flaws than most. Luckily, there are only two potential concerns with this one. First, the capacity is pretty small at only one cup, so you won’t have an easy time cooking in bulk. Also, the bottle warmer is very slow, so if that’s a highlight feature for you, you might want to keep looking.
Overall, we are big fans of the Momyeasy Baby Food Maker. For obvious reasons, we think. It might not be the largest or most efficient option, but it’s perfect for small kitchens and small portions. It’s also incredibly user-friendly and easy to clean, so you really can’t go wrong with this one.

Reviewers have mostly good things to say about the Momyeasy Baby Food Maker. The capacity is a bit smaller than some people would like and the bottle warmer is really slow, but those are their only concerns. The steaming and blending functions work perfectly on all food types, and the touchscreen display is really easy to navigate. They love the double-tiered design, too.

You’ll want to use the bottle warmer a lot
Dimensions: 10.5” x 9.4” x 7.1”

The NutriBullet NBY-50100 Baby Complete Food-Making System has a number of features that we really like. Since it doesn’t have a steam setting, it’s able to process fresh ingredients down into purees quite a bit faster — perfect for last-minute meal ideas. It’s also super compact and simple to use, so it’ll fit right in with every kitchen and every parent’s tech-savviness.
Our favourite thing about this baby blender is the included storage containers. In addition to the main blending cup, you also get a smaller cup with handles for instant feeding, a set of six small storage cups with date rings, and a freezer tray with a lid for six portions as well. How does it get better? It all has super cute smiley faces on it. That’s how.
There are two main issues we need to discuss before we wrap this up. First, the blending power is not great for things like apple slices or spinach. You’ll need to play around with the quantity and amount of water you put in to get a good result. The blender doesn’t have an on/off button either, so that’ll take some getting used to. Also, this is only usable as a blender/chopper, so it doesn’t offer the same versatility as most baby food makers.
Overall, the NutriBullet NBY-50100 Baby Complete Food-Making System is the best no-steam option out there. It doesn’t offer the best blending performance on all ingredients, but it will get the job done with enough patience. It’s got a great capacity, a simple design, and a superb container set for food storage.
Performance: 4/5
Usability: 4.5/5
Price: 5/5
Quality: 4/5
Reviewers have mixed feelings about the NutriBullet NBY-50100 Baby Complete Food-Making System. They absolutely love how cute the design is and all of the included storage containers. It also fits very well on the countertop since it’s quite compact. However, the blending performance leaves a lot to be desired and they’d prefer having a blend button instead of automatic blending when it’s plugged in.

There are so many things to admire about the Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker Deluxe that it’s hard to know where to start. One of our favourite things is the control panel. The buttons are placed on a raised ledge around the front of the machine, so they’re super easy to access, and they are intuitively labelled so there’s no question of what you’re asking the machine to do. Thank goodness.
We also really appreciate how easy this machine is to clean. The water tank comes off completely for thorough cleaning of that tank as well as the steam tank. Most machines don’t do that. All of the other pieces are dishwasher safe. The machine can steam and blend automatically, but you can also control each function separately. It has three blend options for different baby ages, too.
There are only two reasons we think you might want to consider other options. First, this is one of the more expensive baby food makers currently available, so if you’re shopping on a budget it won’t be the best fit. Also, it’s missing some of the extra functions you see on other machines such as bottle warming/sterilizing, defrosting, etc. Just something to keep in mind.
All in all, the Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker Deluxe is one of our favourite baby food makers of all time. It’s not quite as versatile as other options, but it’s certainly the most user-friendly. No matter what age your baby is, this machine can make their food perfectly.
Performance: 5/5
Usability: 4.5/5
Price: 4/5
Quality: 5/5
Reviewers have a high opinion of the Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker Deluxe. All of the components are really easy to clean, even the water/steam tanks since they’re very accessible. They also really like how automated this machine is — they can choose to have it steam and blend automatically so they can get other things done while the food cooks. The storage pouches are a big hit, too.

Some baby food makers will cost as little as $75 to $85, others will approach the $300 mark. In general, more expensive baby food makers will have a larger capacity, a better-performing blender, and extra functions.
Baby food makers can offer a wide variety of capacities. Some are as small as one cup, some are over nine cups. Whether you like to cook one meal at a time or batch prep for the week, there’s a baby food maker out there that can match your style.
The functionality of a baby food maker can also vary quite a bit. Some baby food makers can only blend, but most will at least steam and then blend. Some extra functionality is quite common though, and it can take the form of defrosting, reheating, bottle warming, and bottle sterilizing. You’ll usually pay extra for extra functions, but not always.
Different baby food makers will offer different cooking times as well. Ones that skip the steaming step will be the fastest, others will take somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes usually. Higher-quality baby food makers will be able to cook faster.
A rare few baby food makers will include storage containers in the form of jars or pouches. It can be hard to find, but the convenience is something to appreciate.
