July, 2023: Daniel Milligan is no longer with the company.
Daniel Milligan is the Managing Digital Producer for CTVNews.ca, a position he moved into in May 2022.
Toronto-based Daniel joined the digital team at Â鶹ӰÊÓ and CTV National News in May 2020 as a Social Media Producer where he developed and managed the social media strategy for multiple channels. Working with the digital and broadcast teams, he wrote, edited and published social media content.
He left that role in July 2021 but re-joined the CTV team in his new role in May 2022.
Originally from the U.K., Daniel holds a first-class bachelor of arts (Hons) in journalism from Staffordshire University. Now, with more than 10 years’ experience in journalism, five of which as a senior editor and newsroom leader at one of the U.K.'s largest regional news websites, he has worked on almost every major news story from the last few years, including terror attacks in London, England, and Manchester, along with royal weddings, Brexit developments, the Canadian federal election and the Nova Scotia mass shooting.
