Susan Boyle returned to the stage that made her famous 14 years ago and shared a bit of news.
The Scottish singer performed with the West End cast of 鈥淟es Misérables!鈥� during the final of 鈥淏ritain鈥檚 Got Talent.鈥�
After the performance, she was asked how it felt to be back on the show where she found fame in 2009 with 鈥淚 Dreamed a Dream鈥� from 鈥淟es Misérables!鈥�
鈥淚t feels great,鈥� she said. 鈥淚t鈥檚 extra special for me actually because last April there, I suffered a minor stroke and I thought it would be crazy to be back on stage and I have done it!鈥�
Judge Simon Cowell responded with 鈥淯nbelievable!鈥�
鈥淪usan, we owe you so much and I knew you weren鈥檛 well but if anyone was going to come back, you were going to come back because we wouldn鈥檛 be the same without you,鈥� he said. 鈥淵ou are amazing.鈥�
Boyle didn鈥檛 win her season of 鈥淏ritain鈥檚 Got Talent鈥� but she went on to have a successful recording career, releasing eight albums, the latest of which was 鈥淭en鈥� in 2019.
