Nate Anderson '17, MAT '20 earned his underÂ鶹ӰÊÓ degree in exercise science at Â鶹ӰÊÓ, then went on to earn his master of arts in teaching. "I loved the small school feel and how closely you get to work with the professors here," he said.
Â鶹ӰÊÓ is well represented in the current Oregon legislative session, thanks to the first-time elections of a Republican senator and a Democratic representative.
Â鶹ӰÊÓ Student Carissa Paige '17 discussed her experience of student-teaching at Two Rivers-Dos Rios Elementary School in Springfield, Oregon. She talked about the difference between traditional student-teaching and the opportunity she had at Â鶹ӰÊÓ's College of Education where she could co-teach and plan lessons with the official teacher.
