TORONTO - Justin Bieber fans, prepare to be bowled over: the 16-year-old pop sensation is being considered for induction into his first hall of fame.

The International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame has announced its list of nine nominees for consideration in its 2010 class.

The Stratford, Ont., teen icon is nominated alongside NBA stars (and bowling enthusiasts) Chris Paul and Dwight Howard, actors Bill Murray and Jeff Bridges and fellow fresh-faced pop star Taylor Swift.

Kim Kardashian, Jimmy Fallon and Pauley Perrette are also being considered.

The hall is reserved for celebrities and notable individuals who help contribute to the popularity of bowling.

The video for Bieber's hit "Baby" -- with more than 243 million views on YouTube -- takes place inside a dim bowling alley, while he also hosted a bowling-themed release party in New York for his debut full-length "My World 2.0."

Fans can strike on Bieber's behalf by voting for the award online at gobowling.com.

The bowling hall is housed in Arlington, Texas.
