Katy Perry has offered to write Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign song.
The 'Part Of Me' singer took to Twitter to extend the offer to the former U.S. Secretary of State and potential presidential candidate for the 2016 election after meeting her at a reception in Los Angeles last week.
Perry shared a picture of the pair on Twitter, writing: "I told Hillary Clinton that I would write her a 'theme' song if she needs it..."
The 66-year-old Clinton -- who is yet to announce whether she will run for president -- replied to the singer over the weekend and hinted Perry's hit single 'Roar' would be the perfect theme tune.
She wrote on Twitter: "@katyperry Well that's not a Hard Choice. You already did! Keep letting us hear you Roar."
Meanwhile, Perry recently teamed up with her record company Capitol to launch her own record label Metamorphosis Music.
The 28-year-old, who has already signed her first singer/songwriter Ferras Alqaisi, broke the news on Twitter last week.
She wrote: "I am so ECSTATIC to finally announce my NEW label Metamorphosis Music & my first signing, the incredibly talented & soulful FERRAS!"
Perry went on to praise her new signing and promoted his new self-titled EP, which includes a duet with her entitled 'Legends Never Die'.
She added: "USA/CANADA: check out his INCREDIBLE ep here (& our duet!) and come see him play on #ThePrismaticWorldTour."
