Trip Cancelation & Refunds

  • Day trips are refundable (except for $5 deposit) up to 5 days prior to the trip.
  • Multi-Day trips and "Series" trips are refundable (except for $25 deposit) up to 15 days prior to the trip.
  • Spring Break trips are refundable (except for $50 deposit) up to 15 days prior to the trip.
  • Any trips canceled by OP will issue full refunds to registered participants.

Please sign up for weekend trips by the Wednesday afternoon before the trip so we have time to get you the information and gear you need. On-campus events and evening Indoor Climbing trips are excluded.

Indoor Climbing #2 | Outdoor Pursuits

If climbing dirty boulders outside in the cold doesn't appeal to you, why not try indoor rock climbing for a change? Join Outdoor Pursuits instructors and Pacific students for a night of indoor adventuring at a local indoor climbing gym! This indoor excursion will certainly be warmer and dryer, plus just as much fun, as a day out on the rocks! Climbers of ALL experience levels are encouraged to participate!

Movie Night: "Columbia River Canoe Project" | Outdoor Pursuits

Join us in the Milky Way for a showing of the documentary, "Columbia River Canoe Project" with an opening analysis from the creator! Follow their 1300-mile journey while cozying up with warm drinks and snacks provided by Outdoor Pursuits!

Join the Outdoor Pursuits staff for a day out on a trail exploring a scenic area located in our own backyard! Each excursion is as different, fresh and unpredictably enjoyable as the instructor leading it.

Sea Kayaking | Outdoor Pursuits
Forest Grove, Creamery (Milky Way)

Grab a paddle, a PFD (personal flotation device), and get ready for some serious fun paddling across the open water. Instructors well-versed in paddle technique and boat etiquette will lead you through a day of exploration and non-stop fun. No need to own a kayak, all gear, transportation, and instruction is provided when heading out to sea!

Have you ever stared up at the stars and wished you could point out constellations? Join Physics Professor, Todd Duncan, and Outdoor Pursuits staff stargazing in the Boxer Gardens! And if you start to get chilly, we'll have a fire and s'mores out by the Environmental House.
