The Department of Campus Living is currently accepting for the Resident Assistant position for the 2025-2026 academic year!
The Resident Assistant (RA) position is more than just a job - it’s a leadership experience. An RA is a cornerstone of their community - a responsible leader, caring helper, knowledgeable resource, and engaged community member. Ideal candidates are motivated individuals who desire to serve their fellow students and the university in one of the most challenging, rewarding, and meaningful student jobs available. The RA position helps students develop skills in teamwork, leadership, confrontation, event planning, organization, administrative duties, and professionalism. All candidates are required to:
- Submit an
- Attend an informational session
- Attend a conversational interview with an Area Coordinator or Resident Director
- Attend a standard interview with Campus Living staff
Informational sessions will be held:
- Tuesday, January 28, 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Boxer Pause (you can bring your lunch!)
- Wednesday, January 29, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.: Gilbert Hall 2nd floor lounge classroom
- Thursday, January 30, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.: Walter Hall 1st floor lounge
