Mail Delivery and Pick Up

Mail Services performs a daily mail route. Outgoing mail will be picked up by Mail Services staff from your department at the time of delivery.

If your office is locked at the time of delivery we will redeliver the next business day or you may come and pick up your items in the mail services office.

Mail Preparation

When preparing departmental mail to be metered by Mail Services do the following:

  • Separate unstamped & foreign mail from intercampus & pre stamped letters
  • Attach a pink account number slip with an authorized signature to assure proper billing on mail needing to be metered
  • Letters may be sealed or unsealed - seal any confidential or valuable mail
  • If leaving letters unsealed please leave envelope flaps up
  • All flats must be sealed before being sent to Mail Services

Intercampus Mail

Address intercampus mail with person’s name, department, and UC number.

Packages

Complete and attach a package slip with all outgoing departmental packages that are located on the forms page.

When ordering online instruct the shipper to include your name and department on the outside shipping label.

Lamination Services

For your convenience, the HC mailroom provides lamination services.

Print/Copy Services

A variety of professional services are available to the Pacific community through Â鶹ӰÊÓ's Service Center:
