SMC Summer Mentorship Council (Paid Opportunity)

The Student Multicultural Center is launching a new mentorship program in Fall ‘25 focused on fostering cultural identity development and leadership experiences within students. This program will connect how the lived experiences and personal identities of students contribute to their social, academic, and leadership development, as well as how students may gain unique, personal meaning from connecting their identities to their college experiences and achievements. The SMC Summer Mentorship Council will assist the Sr. Director of Student Inclusion by providing valuable insight through student perspectives and will contribute to the development of and launch of this program.
