Austyn is the Assistant Director of Clinical Education, assigning all student clinical rotations in the US and abroad. She Â鶹ӰÊÓd with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Â鶹ӰÊÓ in 2009, and joined the School of PA Studies in 2017. She currently serves on several School and University Committees and is trained in Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention. Prior to joining the School she worked as a standardized patient for PA students. She has extensive experience in customer service, including retail management and international adoption administration. She is the occasional voice of "SIM man", and still steps in as a standardized patient when needed. Austyn enjoys hanging out with her 3 cats and husband, reading, baking, and spending as much time in the sun as possible.
